The knife was used in the years 1925–1939. A folding knife of solid construction with a folding blade with a central point. The blade has a notch for stripping wire insulation. The flat handle has wooden scales attached by three iron rivets. The blade is held in the open position by a back spring and has no locking mechanism.
The upper fitting is iron and marked with army acceptance marks T6 and lion. On one scale is stamped TI and lion, indicating Telegraph Battalion No. 1. The knife blade is marked by manufacturer Wlaszlovits Štos.
