In the photographs you can see several variants of the VO7 Vltava knife. All versions of this knife had the same sheath with the VLTAVA exercise emblem stamped on the front. From the photos you can notice that the sheaths came with both two and three rivets on the belt loop.
Note: due to their scarcity, these knives are also frequently imitated and offered to collectors.
